How It Works:
Our proprietary dehydrators utilize thermal oil, heated by either electricity, natural gas, or our integrated Waste-to-Energy (WTE) system, to indirectly dry food waste at around 170°C. This innovative process is designed for maximum efficiency:

Complete Processing: Handles all types of food waste, including bones and solid scraps.

Volume Reduction: Dramatically reduces the volume of food waste by up to 90%.

Odor & Pest Elimination: A closed-loop system recovers 99.5% of vapor, preventing odor release and deterring pests.

Waste-to-Resource: The output is a dry, inert material that can be used as valuable compost or as a high-calorific fuel source (4,000 to 6,500 kcal/kg).

Minimal Residual Waste: Our WTE process leaves only a small amount of ash (approx. 22 kg per ton of original food waste), significantly reducing disposal needs and costs.
